The Department of Philosophy is excited to announce our annual Public Philosophy Lecture. Our speaker will be Dr. Kate Abramson of Indiana University. Her talk is titled Turning Up the Lights on Gaslighting (Again).
Location: Scotiabank Conference Theatre (SB 201)
Time: 7-8:30 p.m.
The talk will be followed by a reception.

Meet the Author: Martine Béland
Martine Béland is the Vice-President, Academic & Research at Université Sainte-Anne and Adjunct Professor in the Department of Philosophy at Saint Mary’s University. Dr. Béland will present her new book Nietzsche as Stylist: Aesthetics and Philosophy.

The Department of Philosophy is proud to present a new series of events presented in partnership with the Department for the Study of Religion and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
The series will examine various films, series, and other pop culture artifacts in a fun and approachable atmosphere. It is open to the public and everyone is welcome!
